Policies

• Taxes: 17.962% (10.25% Tranisent Accommodations Tax; 4.712% General Excise Tax; 3% County Tax).
• Additional Persons: $40 USD per night will be charged for each additional person 18 years or older.
• Family Plan: 17 years and under free when sharing with parents' utilizing existing bedding. Children two (2) years and under free in crib. Family Plan rate applies to maximum of four (4) persons.   
• Deposit Policy: A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax due at time of booking.
• Cancellation/No Show Policy: Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to arrival or "no shows" are subject to a one (1) night cancellation charge.
